About the role
Mission
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive the development of the Swiss market, with a focus on staffing and search and selection sector.
Main responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value-driven solutions.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and manage the CRM, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Advise clients on the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.
Requirements
- Curious, driven, and proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset.
- Proven experience in selling software, digital solutions, or HR‑related consulting services.
- Strong market knowledge and hands‑on experience working with staffing and search selection companies, particularly across the German‑speaking and French‑speaking regions of Switzerland.
- Existing active client portfolio or a strong and well‑established professional network within the target market.
- Fluency in German and English, good knowledge of French and Italian is a plus, enabling effective management of client relationships across different regions.
- Availability to travel for business or relocate within Switzerland to support market development and client growth.
