Position Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive! The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives within the commercial HVAC sector. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and providing tailored HVAC solutions to meet customer needs, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial HVAC market.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the HVAC industry.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on HVAC solutions, including service and preventative maintenance options.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain client information effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the HVAC or MEP industry.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
