Galaxy Design Group is an equipment and installation brokerage specializing in walk-in coolers/freezers, draft systems, and kitchen equipment. We support customers through the full project lifecycle, from equipment sourcing and planning to installer coordination and execution.

This role is built for someone who already knows the space — especially walk-ins — and can activate relationships across operators, installers, contractors, consultants, and channel partners to drive near-term opportunity.

This is a remote, U.S.-based role and a strong fit for someone who wants autonomy, real upside, and the chance to help grow a focused equipment business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Direct experience in walk-ins, draft systems, and/or commercial kitchen equipment
  • Strong preference for walk-in experience
  • Proven hunting and business development ability
  • Existing book of business or highly transferable network
  • Bonus for strong installer and partner relationships

A credible book of business may include active buyer relationships, repeatable referral sources, installer or contractor relationships that drive projects, and a realistic near-term pipeline path.

Compensation:

Base salary of $80,000 to $120,000 plus uncapped commission, with estimated on-target earnings of $150,000 to $250,000+, depending on experience, network strength, and production.

Travel:

This is a remote role with moderate travel expected, including customer meetings, partner development, site visits, and industry events.

Territory / Account Focus:

This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. and will focus on developing opportunities across hospitality, foodservice, and related commercial accounts, with an emphasis on walk-in cooler/freezer projects, followed by draft systems and kitchen equipment.
