Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to help us scale our revenue team fast.

This is a true hunter role. You’ll build pipeline, source aggressively, and close high-performing sales talent who can drive immediate revenue impact. If you treat recruiting like sales: outreach, follow-up, objection handling, to closing, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Own

  • Full-cycle recruitment for sales and revenue-generating roles
  • Proactive sourcing of top-performing, mostly passive candidates
  • Tight partnership with revenue leadership on hiring targets
  • Managing recruiting like a funnel: outreach → interviews → offers → closes
  • Delivering high-quality hires at startup speed

You Bring

  • 5+ years recruiting sales talent in high-growth environments
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting track record
  • A closer mindset — you’re comfortable selling opportunity and handling objections
  • Deep GTA network preferred
  • Results-driven, competitive, and highly accountable
