Salesforce Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can sit between stakeholders and technical teams, ask the right questions, and drive real outcomes. This is not a box-ticking role. You’ll be shaping how businesses use Salesforce to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with business stakeholders to unpack requirements
• Translating needs into clear user stories and functional specs
• Collaborating with developers, admins, and architects
• Driving process improvements across Salesforce ecosystems
• Supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as a Salesforce BA
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Solid documentation and analytical skills
• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or similar
• Salesforce certifications
• Exposure to integrations and data flows
• Agile project experience
