Senior Salesforce Engineer/Developer

About the role:

A leading Corporate Functions Technology team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer/Developer to support an established feature team within a fast-paced agile environment. This is a new engagement focused on strengthening Salesforce engineering capability across internal platforms and sales-related systems.

The successful resource will contribute to both BAU (business-as-usual) support, operational maintenance, and new feature development, working within structured agile delivery frameworks including PI planning and sprint-based execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver allocated Salesforce features and enhancements across multiple orgs
• Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support for existing Salesforce solutions
• Perform administrative and engineering tasks aligned to platform needs
• Design, document, and present solution designs to relevant design authorities
• Support integration development between Salesforce (including Marketing Cloud) and internal systems
• Execute testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and compliance
• Ensure all development aligns with organisational standards, governance, and security policies
• Participate in agile ceremonies including PI planning, refinement, and sprint delivery cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

SCOPE OF WORK

• Primary focus on Salesforce Internal Org and Sales Org
• Integration development between Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Potential development across additional Bank Salesforce orgs
• Work prioritised through agile workflows and enterprise demand management processes
