Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions in line with enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive the end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Create and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft and Boomi.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and product owners to establish detailed technical architecture patterns for Salesforce initiatives.
• Guide a team of onshore and offshore resources, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Conduct code and design reviews, while promoting best practices and reusable frameworks.

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with:

• 8-12 years of Salesforce development or relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proven history of solution design and architecture in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• The ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

This role involves managing complex projects that significantly impact the business. You will be expected to independently determine methods for project completion while serving as a mentor to colleagues.
