Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret intricate business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of stakeholder needs.
• Technical Translation: Translate these business requirements into precise technical specifications, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, actively collecting information about their needs, and serving as a reliable liaison between business and technology.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Leverage your expertise to design and implement solutions that align with stakeholder needs, contributing to the successful realization of their objectives.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project.
• UAT Support: Provide essential User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to end users, ensuring the seamless adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Human Resources.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
