Currently, we are looking for a Scrum Master for our wealth management team for a renowned bank.

• Start Date: June 2026
• Duration: 11 months
• Workload: 100%
• Work Location: 2 days Zurich, 1 day St. Gallen, 2 days remote

Main Responsibilities

• Support and coaching of agile teams (SanDBLaster & aVAlanche) as Scrum Master
• Ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and agile methods
• Moderation of Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Support in coordinating cross-team dependencies
• Close collaboration with other implementation teams and the DevOps team
• Promotion of continuous improvement and team performance
• Support in preparing the rollout and transition to the target organization

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex agile environments
• Sound knowledge of Scrum (e.g., certification is an advantage)
• Experience working with multiple dependent teams (Scaled Agile environment is an advantage)
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Experience in transformation projects or digital product development
• Ideally, experience in the banking or financial sector, particularly wealth management
