Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong E-commerce domain expertise to lead Agile delivery for large-scale digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will drive Agile transformation, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of E-commerce applications including web, mobile, and backend services.

This role requires expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, sprint planning, and end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Ensure teams follow Agile best practices and Scrum framework.
• Track and report velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.

Project & Delivery Management

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for E-commerce platforms.
• Create and maintain project plans, release plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Engineering Leads.
• Provide status updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with UI/UX teams, developers, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Support teams in delivering scalable and high-performing E-commerce solutions.
• Foster team collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

E-commerce Platform Delivery

• Lead projects related to:
  • Online storefront development
  • Payment gateway integrations
