Required Qualifications (Must‑Haves)

• 6–9+ years as an SDET or senior QA engineer
• Strong hands-on automation using TypeScript
• Deep experience in API testing (REST + GraphQL)
• Performance testing experience in distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead testing standards and evangelize best practices
• Clear examples of AI-driven testing workflows that changed how they test
• Test generation
• Pairwise/combinatorial testing
• Coverage gap identification

Preferred / Highly Desired (Nice‑to‑Haves)

• Playwright experience
• Financial services or regulated environment experience
• Strong CI/CD test integration experience

What Will NOT Work:

• QA profiles focused primarily on manual testing
• Candidates without real API / GraphQL testing depth
• Anyone using AI only for minor refactoring or speed gains
• Candidates seeking people management roles
• Junior or mid-level profiles without standards ownership experience

Interview Process (TBD – Expected):

• Number of Steps: 2–3
• Interview Format: Virtual
• Pre‑Blocked Interview Times?: Thursday April 30th between 12-2pm CT:
• 30-minute interviews with 10-minute breaks
• 10-minute feedback call after the last interview

Client Submittal Requirements:

• Resume highlighting:
  • AI usage in testing workflows
  • API / GraphQL testing depth
  • TypeScript automation experience
• Screening notes strongly encouraged (especially AI examples)
