Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The Security Analyst should be a service-oriented person. He/she will be supporting, monitoring, and maintaining the Endpoint security suite within the organization.

He/she will manage incidents, service requests, in many varied areas such as IT Security, Encryption, Antimalware technologies, new security solutions, OT Cybersecurity, hardening and fine-tuning, and other initiatives related to Endpoint Security.

He/she will improve his technical skills on SentinelOne, McAfee\Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator and the other security suite, IT Infrastructure administration, and IT Security projects (technical management) following the guidelines of the Security Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Global L3 level operations support on technical topics
• Help with documentation, technical design and configuration
• Support projects and other company's Security initiatives
• Answer user or team's requests
• Help with compliance and remediation plan, infrastructure maintenance, procedures control
• Collaborate on technical discussions
• Grow as an IT security professional giving the best class support

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Education Bachelor in IT Infrastructure/ Administration/Security
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Security / Security Solutions Administration / Infrastructure Administration Mandatory Some experience managing technical projects
• Fluent English speaker Mandatory
• McAfee\Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator and McAfee\Trellix portfolio technical knowledge
• SentinelOne AV & EDR
• Disk Encryption
• Advanced Antimalware Tools: Reputation services, AI, sandboxing
• IT infrastructure
• Privilege Admin Management Solutions
• Linux, MacOs, Windows Operating Systems (Workstation and server)
