Senior Security Architect

Context of the mission

We are seeking a threat modeling expert in order to support a major institutional client in the implementation of a high-security digital identity infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

• Develop threat modeling for a nationwide decentralized digital identity system.
• Conduct a comparative analysis with the existing system and identify critical security gaps.
• Map attack vectors and assess risks according to industry standards (STRIDE, CVSS).
• Propose mitigation measures tailored to digital sovereignty requirements.
• Document results in a rigorous and traceable manner.
• Provide reporting to the client and project management.

Qualifications of the profile we are looking for

Technical Skills

• Proven expertise (5+ years) in threat modeling and risk analysis for critical systems.
• Proficiency in digital identity architectures.
• Solid knowledge of applied cryptography and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience with security assessment methodologies (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27005)

Methodological skills

• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables in English (required).
• Methodological rigor and adherence to quality processes.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with high confidentiality requirements.

Personal qualities

• Professional discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Independence and ability to interact with high-level institutional counterparts.
• Immediate availability and flexibility.

Special requirements

• Citizenship: Switzerland or having the citizenship of one of the member states of the European Union.
• Residence : Switzerland.
• Language: English is mandatory (minimum C1/C2 level for technical writing). German or French is an asset.
• Confidentiality: Strict commitment to confidentiality required. Documents and information related to the assignment are subject to strict disclosure restrictions in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Security clearances: Ability to work with classified information and obtain the necessary security clearances.
