(Senior) Senior AI/Data Strategist

What awaits you

You translate the business strategy into a scalable data and AI platform strategy. You present strategic options and decision templates at the executive level. You design capabilities from a business perspective and map them to organizational units, processes, and technologies. You define the AI Operating Stack including Data Layer, Model Layer, Application Layer, and Governance Layer and develop strategies for scalable platforms focusing on modularity, reusability, and self-service. You conduct AI/ML platform evaluations, maturity assessments, benchmark studies, and technology radars. You manage platform investments and make-vs-buy decisions in close coordination with management and stakeholders.

What we expect from you

Your Experience: You have solid experience in Data Architecture, Platform Strategy, Technical Consulting, or Digital Strategy. Your Passion: You are interested in AI, data-driven platforms, and digital business models and want to strategically support companies in implementing scalable AI/Data solutions. Project History: You have independently managed projects or initiatives related to platform strategies, capability design, or AI/ML evaluations – ideally in a consulting, corporate, or venture environment. Your Mindset: You think strategically, analytically, and structured, and can quickly grasp complex topics and translate them to the executive level. Your Cleverness: You work independently, contribute your experience, and find pragmatic solutions. You use (Gen.) AI and modern platform technologies to effectively optimize your work. Your Skills: You are proficient in stakeholder management and presentations at management and C-level. Technical know-how in Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Lakehouse architectures, and AI/ML platforms rounds off your profile.
