Your Role

To support our E-Commerce team at the Lichterfelde location, we are looking for you immediately, full-time, for a fixed term of two years with the option of permanent employment, as a Senior SEO Manager / SEO Specialist (m/f/d).

As a Senior SEO Manager / SEO Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a central role in our digital growth. You will combine strategic thinking with operational strength, identify potential early on, and develop SEO measures that have a lasting impact. You will work closely with colleagues from Content, Product, Tech, UX, and Marketing.

• Further development and prioritization of the holistic SEO strategy with a focus on sustainable organic growth
• Identification of SEO potentials and derivation of effective measures to increase visibility, traffic, and conversion
• Responsibility for steering and optimizing SEO activities in the areas of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, and internal linking
• Analysis of website, search, and competitor data, and translation of findings into concrete, actionable recommendations
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for the early integration of SEO into digital projects, developments, and relaunches
• Steering and evaluation of technical SEO measures, including crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Definition of relevant KPIs and responsibility for monitoring, reporting, and transparent presentation of progress
• Continuous monitoring of current developments regarding Google updates, AI Search, search behavior, and technical standards

What you bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in SEO, ideally in a senior role
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and data-driven analysis
• Demonstrable success in developing and implementing sustainable SEO strategies
• Experience with common tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, or comparable solutions
• A good understanding of website structures, indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, and search intentions
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and managing external service providers
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, and a good sense of priorities
• High quality awareness and a strong understanding of user needs and digital customer journeys
• Very good German and good English language skills
