Senior Service Engineer IS - Remote

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale computer-based services
• Automate systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve complex cross-system issues to ensure long-term service stability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in automating systems and workflows
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and ongoing support
• Experience with resilience modeling and simulating service outages
