Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Team Lead with strong multi-module ServiceNow experience and proven technical leadership. The role involves designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentoring developers, and driving automation and enterprise platform optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with US Federal/Government projects (Public Trust eligible)
• Strong experience with CMDB, HAM, SAM, IT data integrity
• Experience leading architecture, design, and technical discussions
• ServiceNow scripting, workflows, automation
• REST & SOAP integrations with third-party systems
• SAML, LDAP, Active Directory integrations
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, JavaScript, Angular, Java/.NET/PHP
