Location

Reston, VA. This is a flexible hybrid role (2x/week in‑office). Candidates should either reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Reston, VA (preferred) or be willing to relocate to the area within the USA before joining (with company support). How You Will Contribute

• Lead the design of the ServiceNow platform to align with business goals and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Define platform roadmaps for scalability, stability, and compliance.
• Manage platform upgrades and maintain application optimization and security standards.
• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and training for ServiceNow engineers.
• Stay current with ServiceNow trends and best practices to enhance platform performance.

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Experience leading technical teams on large‑scale projects.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
