Who We Are Looking For

For our continued growth in the ServiceNow area, we are looking for a ServiceNow-savvy personality with know-how in CSM, FSM, SPM, and/or SOM for our customer projects.

• You take responsibility for the technical implementation of exciting projects in the ServiceNow area.
• You enjoy designing and implementing complex solutions to meet customer requirements that generate real added value.
• You seek exchange with the customer and actively build trust.
• You are familiar with configuring and implementing customized applications/modules.
• You enjoy working closely with your colleagues to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Collaboration with other teams to realize integrations is a welcome challenge for you.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with team members and participating in the establishment of best practices.

What You Bring

• A completed degree in information technology or a very good vocational training with corresponding professional experience.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and modules.
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow in complex scenarios.
• ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
• Experience with the Scrum framework is a plus.
• A high degree of customer orientation, as well as enjoyment in working with customers and colleagues.
• Independent and solution-oriented thinking.
• German and English language skills as a prerequisite for working in our international team.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 50%.
