For our location in Heilbronn, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager for Structural Work and a Senior Site Manager for Turnkey Construction.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for demanding building construction projects in structural and/or turnkey construction.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of project teams.
• Participation in acquisition and management of work preparation, execution, billing, and change order processing.
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety.
• Application and further development of modern construction processes (e.g., Lean Construction).
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Reporting, capacity planning, and project controlling.
• Solving technical and personnel challenges during the project.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project or senior site management in structural or turnkey construction.
• Very good knowledge of construction contract law (VOB/BGB) and calculation and billing software, preferably RIB iTWO.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, combined with assertiveness and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and an independent, structured way of working.
• Openness to modern working methods and digital tools in construction.
