Our client, a reputable construction firm with a portfolio of high-profile commercial projects, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Site Manager to oversee the execution of a major development in the region. This role is paramount in ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes, along with strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Develop and manage construction schedules.
• Oversee resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment).
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in site management within the commercial construction sector.
• At least 3 years in a senior site management role.
