Role Overview

Join our Site Reliability Engineering team where you will play a vital role in maintaining uptime and system reliability across all Tapestry brands. Your mission will be to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of our systems. Together with your team, you will develop innovative tools and automation processes to enhance overall reliability and uptime, guaranteeing a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective monitoring solutions to elevate system alerting.
  • Build automation to minimize manual work.
  • Collaborate across the engineering organization to foster a culture centered on reliability and efficiency.
  • Lend expertise on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, driving best practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a closely related position. Required skills include:

  • Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Production Support.
  • Expertise in creating or managing highly available systems at scale.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages: Java, Node, or Python.
  • Experience in deploying, supporting, and monitoring services and applications.
  • Skills in developing monitoring platforms using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Blue Triangle, or Quantum Metric.
  • Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Confluence.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $185,000.00 annually, based on experience, with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
