Requirements

Must have:

• A completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom) in IT or an equivalent qualification, for example, due to IT-specific training or a completed vocational training in IT with relevant experience.
• Several years of professional experience relevant to the tasks mentioned above and initial practical experience in IT security.
• In-depth knowledge of scripting, software development with Bash, JavaScript, and ideally Go.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, operating systems (Linux/Windows), container environments, and network protocols.
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Strong communication skills, coordination skills, and an independent and self-organized way of working complete your profile.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate SOC systems into existing systems (e.g., ticketing systems, log sources) via APIs and other interfaces and develop automations.
• Record requirements for automation and integration solutions and advise other teams accordingly.
• Continuously improve automations and integrations.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor SOC systems.
• Support the introduction and change of platform technologies, e.g., by conducting PoCs.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
