As a Senior SoC CAD Flow Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced CAD flows and methodologies that enable efficient SoC design and implementation. You will collaborate closely with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to optimize productivity, scalability, and quality across complex chip development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end CAD flows for SoC design and implementation.
  • Automate design processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Tcl, Perl).
  • Integrate EDA tools and ensure seamless workflow across design stages.
  • Collaborate with RTL, verification, and physical design teams to improve methodologies.
  • Debug and resolve flow-related issues impacting design productivity.
  • Optimize performance, runtime, and scalability of CAD flows.
  • Provide technical support and training to engineering teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • French Fluency -Written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in SoC design flows and CAD methodology development.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Tcl, Perl, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital design, RTL-to-GDSII flow, and verification processes.
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with large-scale SoC projects.
  • Knowledge of interconnect architectures or IP integration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts applied to hardware design flows.
  • Exposure to advanced nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm, or below).
