Your Role
- You develop and are responsible for our influencer marketing strategy and translate it into effective campaigns
- You develop strategic influencer marketing concepts based on campaigns, always-on topics, and target group insights
- You identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with influencers and content creators and build long-term, scalable partnerships
- You define suitable creator profiles, briefings, content formats, and cooperation models based on brand fit, target group relevance, and performance potential and ensure that creator content is usable across channels
- You plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest) including budget responsibility and performance management
- You are responsible for media plans, budget allocation, and continuous optimization along central KPIs
- You analyze performance and target group data and prepare them in reports and dashboards
- You develop creative briefings in close collaboration with marketing and content creation
- You ensure timely campaign activation and continuously identify new marketing approaches and optimization potentials for performance improvement
- You recognize and evaluate trends, test new approaches, and continuously develop our activities
What We're Looking For
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, paid social, or digital marketing – ideally in an international environment or an agency
- You have sound experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing influencer and creator campaigns as well as in building long-term partnerships
- You have experience in developing influencer marketing concepts, creator briefings, and cooperation strategies
- You have a very good understanding of paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Pinterest) and their functionalities
- You have experience in media planning, budget allocation, campaign setup, and performance optimization along defined KPIs
- You are proficient with social media platforms and understand target groups, trends, and best practices
- You have a good understanding of creator rights, buy-outs, whitelisting, partnership ads, and paid amplification
- You understand influencer marketing not just as a posting cooperation, but as a strategic lever for brand building, community, content, and performance
