What do you contribute?

• Develop forward-looking software architectures combining scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence, into product landscapes across business units
• Conduct technical requirements analyses and advise stakeholders on complex architectural decisions
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and establish best practices for clean code and technical excellence
• Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Take responsibility for technical documentation and knowledge transfer of architectural decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technology stacks

What do you bring along?

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in software development and architecting complex systems
• Expertise in Java, Python, C++, Go, and cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of microservices, API design, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks and AI tool integration
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to translate technical visions into roadmaps
• Business-proficient English and solid command of German
