Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the conception, development, and maintenance of modern applications based on current technologies
• Active shaping of software architecture and technical standards
• Support in establishing modern DevOps practices and further developing our continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews, automated tests, and continuous refactoring, among other things
• Coaching and mentoring other developers within the team
• Analysis and implementation of business requirements in close collaboration with subject matter experts
• Documentation of architectural decisions and communication with stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a software developer, ideally in the enterprise or FinTech environment
• Structured, solution-oriented, and team-minded personality with high initiative
• In-depth knowledge in backend and frontend development: "Java/Kotlin, Boot/Quarkus, Hibernate" and "React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS"
• Experience with DevOps technologies such as GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, as well as monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Elastic, Kibana, PRTG)
• Excellent knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service, Application Insights, API Management, Azure SQL, Azure Functions
• Proficient in using test automation and architecture tools (e.g., JUnit, ArchUnit, Playwright)
• Ideally, experience with agile development methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and certified in software architecture (e.g., iSAQB CPSA-F)
• Very good German and English skills (Level C1/C2)

Your First Six Months With Us

During the first six months, you will be introduced to our system landscape, get to know our product and technology team, and gradually take on your own development tasks. You will work closely with architects, DevOps, and product owners, actively contributing to technical decisions and reviews.
