Summary of the Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will involve full-stack development of RESTful and stateful APIs and desktop-embedded AI-powered solutions. This will include technical design decisions and ground-up development of new applications, as maintenance and support of associated infrastructure. Though most of the time will consist of development, willingness to interact with and gather input from internal users is a must for this position.

The team you’ll be joining is a small but fast-growing group. Most legacy applications are web applications written in .NET Core and React and are hosted in Microsoft Azure. Each project presents a new set of challenges though, so we are always open to different technology stacks for new applications.

The position is currently remote, but will require in-person gathering with your direct supervisor or project teams for team-building activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• C#, Java, or another analogous object-oriented language (.NET Core experience a big plus)
• Some familiarity with SQL or RDMS structures and concepts
• Experience building scalable, production-ready API solutions in cloud-hosted environments
• Familiarity with designing, testing and deploying LLM solutions, including agent orchestration, conversational state management, and agent loop management (ReAct)
• Strong task and schedule management when tasked with multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience working within the AEC industry
• Familiarity with Revit or other BIM software
• Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) experience
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually on projects

Work Location

This can be a remote or a hybrid (1 or 2 days a week in the office) position based out any Core States Group office.
