What You'll Do

• You work Cloud-Native and, together with your team, design distributed architectures based on modern technologies such as Kotlin with Spring Boot or TypeScript with ReactJS.
• Pair programming, whiteboard sessions, and lively architecture discussions are part of your daily routine, because teamwork is your driving force.
• You ensure clean code, continuous integration, and stable deployments in Kubernetes environments of Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• With your hands-on mentality, you are not only a source of ideas but also actively implement them yourself - whether in code reviews or using current architecture patterns like CQRS, Event-Sourcing, and Domain Driven Design.
• Together with us, you drive the energy transition forward and implement intelligent AI workflows for even faster and more accurate customer service.
• In our hybrid work model (remote and on-site in Frankfurt a. M.), you help shape technical visions and bring additional energy to our cross-functional product teams.

What You Bring

• You have many years of development experience (approx. 8+ years) and still burn as brightly as on the first day.
• Patterns like CQRS, Event-Sourcing, and Domain Driven Design are not buzzwords for you but part of your daily work.
• You understand team leadership in a practical way: not just delegating, but tinkering, coding, learning, and growing together.
• You are familiar with agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and enjoy leveling up in short iterations - mutual feedback is a matter of course for you.
• You keep an overview of complex systems and remain cool-headed even in stormy phases - you know how to engage stakeholders and advance projects.
• You have an open, communicative personality that shares knowledge, asks for feedback, and is eager for real co-creation.
• You don't just preach Software Craftsmanship and Clean Code, you live it yourself.
