Your Role

Are you passionate about software development and want to develop and shape high-performance, scalable applications? Then become part of our team as a Senior Developer/Data Solutions Engineer (m/f/d) full-time, initially for a one-year fixed term. With your technical expertise, comprehensive understanding of statistical relationships, and analytical skills, you will drive innovative solutions and work on future-proof architectures.

Your Responsibilities

• You will develop modern enterprise solutions for our clients (dashboards, data tools, etc.) together with the team and implement them in demanding development projects based on your technologies and platforms.
• You will advise our clients on software architecture and design and create modern, scalable application architectures.
• You will further develop our internal software platform for digital questionnaires.
• You will prepare statistical data in a structured way to feed it into digital applications.
• You will take on technical responsibility for development projects based on your analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of statistical relationships.
• You will work on your personal development, thereby creating added value for yourself and the projects by following current technical and methodological trends.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in full-stack architecture and development of application systems based on modern architectural concepts. Very good knowledge of .NET / C# / React / Node.js, experience with Web APIs / REST, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Clean Code and structured software development, with Git and modern development processes, and ideally experience with CI/CD or DevOps processes.
• Several years of experience with modern web technologies, such as Vue.js, React, Angular, or comparable frameworks.
• Passion for software development, software architecture, and system design, including driving strategic developments with IT management.
• Enjoyment of a responsible role, translating customer or business unit wishes into technical solutions, and enthusiasm for current trends in modern software development across all project phases.
• Solution-oriented, structured, and pragmatic approach to work.
• Ideally, you have a good understanding of statistical methods and data analysis, experience in data evaluation, modeling, and interpretation, and can use Python, R, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level and successful use in professional everyday life.
• Very confident communication in English (written and spoken) in an international client context.
