Your role in the team

• Development and optimization of hardware-near middleware modules up to the design of user-friendly interfaces.
• Development and continuous enhancement of embedded systems (Linux, FreeRTOS), including the creation of driver and application software.
• Selection and integration of core system components to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Participation in the conception and implementation, from requirements analysis to architecture, including automation solutions.
• Working with a modern software stack, including cross-compile toolchain, to create efficient and scalable solutions.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Excellent programming skills in C, Bash, Shell scripting, and Python.
• Solid knowledge of Linux on embedded systems and various Linux distributions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, completes your profile.

Experience

• A doctorate with postdoctoral experience would be advantageous.
• You already have several years of professional experience in software development.
• You have at least initial experience in network technology (Ethernet, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN) as well as knowledge in handling version control systems such as Git and SVN, and tools like Yocto and Autotools.

Education

• You have successfully completed a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics.
