Role

In the "Simulation Solutions" division, we are responsible for the conception, development, and integration of powerful solutions for optimal operational preparation, training, and system support. We also use modern VR, AR, and MR technologies as well as corresponding data glasses for realistic support and effective training.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the technical planning (effort, time) of software development projects including project-related documentation in platform-dependent simulation systems
• Management of technical project teams
• Ensuring compliance with development processes (software)
• Definition/review of software requirements
• Requirements management in the customer environment, breaking down requirements into development tasks
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer
• Creation of software designs and associated documentation
• Compliance with the necessary norms/standards specified by the customer for the task
• Independent implementation of software projects within the team in terms of time, cost, and quality

Your Profile

• Relevant university degree (university of applied sciences or university) or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in software development projects
• Experience with MS Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
• Experience in Requirements Engineering
• Experience with multi-layered development environments, C++, and Blueprints (Unreal) is desirable
• Knowledge of common tools (e.g., DOORS, JIRA, IBM RQM), problem management tools)
• Good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
• Sound knowledge of system engineering and process management
• Experience in managing work packages
• Process, method, and tool knowledge in SW development (classic and agile)
• High customer and service orientation
• Experience in managing sub-projects, projects, and project teams
• Confident demeanor with strong didactic skills and good written and oral communication skills
