Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in our technical transformation. You will design and implement business functionalities in modern backend and frontend services with a backend focus. You will actively contribute to changes in legacy systems, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and continuously improve existing systems through refactoring and pragmatic modernization. You will identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, work closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads, and support Junior Engineers through code reviews and technical mentoring.

Requirements

We expect at least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, strong skills in modern backend technologies, and comfort with heterogeneous environments including legacy systems. You should be able to translate unclearly formulated requirements into robust technical solutions, have a comprehensive understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data models, and represent high engineering standards regarding testability, code quality, and maintainability. Production awareness and secure use of AI tools are required.
