Quant Junior - Business Risk Analyst (H/F)

Responsibilities

Our client, a financial institution, is looking for a Junior Quant - Business Risk Analyst (M/F) for a long-term assignment. Ensure the reliability of margin and risk-related data, while coordinating with IT teams to secure system evolutions.

• Control of margin data quality (risk & PnL)
• Monitoring and reporting of market and operational risks
• Performing margin calculations, stress tests, and backtesting
• Coordination with IT teams for the production deployment of evolutions
• Writing functional specifications (BRD), test cases, and UAT
• Incident monitoring and contribution to process automation
• Regular interaction with Risk, IT, and Change teams in an international environment

Profile

Junior consultant (1 to 3 years of experience), rigorous, curious, and capable of quickly acquiring skills in a complex and international environment.

• Financial risk management
• Good understanding of credit derivatives products
• Knowledge of run/change processes and incident management

Technical Skills

• Tools: Python, SQL

• Practices: margin calculations, stress tests, backtesting

• Change & QA: BRD writing, test case execution, UAT, IT validation

• Fluent English
