Senior Software Developer - .NET

Role Overview

You are being hired as a Senior Software Developer with expertise in .NET Framework/Core for a long-term contract in Mumbai. Immediate joiners with 5+ years of experience are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess 4+ years of production experience with .NET Core 3.1+ / .NET 5+ and C# 8+
• Hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core frameworks
• Proven track record in designing and implementing RESTful web services and middleware
• Solid understanding and implementation of SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, Repository pattern in design patterns
• Experience in unit testing, mocking frameworks, and integration testing
• Proficiency in Docker for packaging and deploying .NET applications
• Understanding of microservices architecture, service decomposition, inter-service communication, distributed systems
• Knowledge of configuration management, environment-agnostic design, and NuGet package management

Qualification Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development
• Strong understanding of design patterns, testing methodologies, and microservices architecture
