Senior Software Developer .NET (M/F/D)

About Us

We are looking for you as an experienced Senior Software Developer (.NET) to further develop our business-critical software products in the industrial environment. You will assume technical responsibility, help shape architectural decisions, and continue to develop our product platform in a sustainable manner. In doing so, you will not only work on features, but also actively influence the architecture, quality, and technological orientation of our software solutions.

What Your Everyday Work Could Look Like

• Conception, design, and further development of modern software products based on .NET / C#
• Analysis of technical requirements and creation of technical specifications and architectural concepts
• Responsibility for architectural decisions and the sustainable further development of our product platform
• Development of scalable backend services and modern web applications (e.g., Angular) in distributed system landscapes
• Implementation and optimization of high-performance solutions including algorithms, data structures, and database-based applications (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Ensuring high software quality through code reviews, tests, and established best practices
• Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to junior developers in the team
• Working closely with product owners, UX, DevOps, and specialist departments
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and actively helping to shape development processes, technologies, and standards

What We Value

• Several years of professional experience in software development with .NET / C#, ideally in an industrial or production-related environment
• Having a domain knowledge in semiconductor substrate map system will be an added advantage
• In-depth experience in the development of complex software solutions or products
• Very good knowledge of modern software architectures (e.g., layered architecture, microservices, REST APIs)
• Experience with web technologies and front-end frameworks such as Angular
• Confident handling of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
• Experience with clean code, design patterns, and automated testing
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and modern development processes
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions in a structured manner
• Very good German and good English skills
