DokuMe is a modular platform that supports clubs, associations, and sports organizations in digitizing their administration, communication, and organization. We develop practical software solutions that solve real problems - from member management and license systems to intelligent tools for planning and AI-supported assistance.

We are a small, focused team that works with short decision-making paths and a lot of creative freedom. Here, titles don't count as much as the result: clean, traceable systems with a clear demand for technical quality, simple structures, and long-term maintainability.

Your Role and Tasks

You will work closely with the technical lead and take on tasks along the entire development path : from data modeling and API design to the integration of external interfaces or the optimization of backend processes.

We don't expect expert knowledge in all areas but the will to understand complex relationships, solve them pragmatically, and keep the overview. You bring a high affinity for good software code and functional, user-friendly systems.

Typical tasks

• Implementation of features in the backend (e.g., with Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or comparable languages)
• Data processing and interface integration (e.g., to external APIs or Excel/CSV systems)
• Setup and maintenance of internal tools or small web modules
• Contribution to data structures, logging, scalability, and code quality
• Close coordination with the product and technology sides to translate requirements into clear technical steps
• Active participation in the further development of our AI-supported applications and automations

Your Profile

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in a modern backend language (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or comparable)
• Understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, Excel) and clean data processing
• Basic understanding of DevOps or Cloud topics (e.g., Docker, Monitoring, API Design)
• Structured, independent way of working – you don't like half-finished solutions
• Willingness to take responsibility and familiarize yourself with new topics
• Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and the will to meaningfully integrate new technologies into our platform

• Proactivity: Strong technical leadership skills with a focus on decision-making
• Talent for mentoring other developers in the team
• Interest in learning new tools and technologies
• Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with distributed teams
• Experience with unit/integration testing
