Your Role as a Senior Software Development Engineer

Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technologies, particularly Systems-on-Chip (SoC) and chiplets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and contributing to the development of an advanced software stack for configuring and evaluating the next generation of cost-effective Network-on-Chip (NoC) solutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to the development of an advanced software stack for configuring and evaluating a new generation of cost-optimized NoCs.
• Define user workflows in close collaboration with Marketing and Field Application Engineering (FAE) teams.
• Specify interoperability layers between this software and other internal applications, including SystemC models of NoC IPs.
• Specify, design, and lead the development of the application's backend and frontend components.
• Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure overall product consistency.

Profile Sought

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Solid expertise in web technology architecture and development (backend, frontend, SaaS architectures, cloud computing, UX design).
• Excellent proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, C++, Python, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills.
• Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English (oral and written).

Valued Assets

• Experience with other languages (Scala, Rust, Kotlin, etc.).
• Experience in digital system modeling (SystemC, TLM).
• Knowledge of EDA and understanding of SoC design paradigms.
• Experience with digital hardware generators and their methodologies.

Education

PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

Estimated base salary: €40,000 to €44,000 per year.

Compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and internal equity.
