Position: Software Engineer – Frontend
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $70–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities • Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations. • Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks. • Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection. • Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness. • Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios. • Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency.
Requirements • Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation. • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript. • Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria. • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
