About

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer (7+ yrs) who is strong in AI-led development — someone who doesn’t just use AI, but thinks, builds, and scales with AI at the core.

Must-Have (High Bar)

• Strong hands-on with AI coding tools (Copilot / Claude / Cursor / Codex) in real development.
• Proven ability to guide, validate & optimize AI-generated code.
• Deep expertise in System Design & Distributed Systems.
• Solid Backend Engineering (Java / Node / Python / Go).
• Strong fundamentals in React & Next.js.

We Prefer

• Startup experience (ownership + fast AI adoption mindset).
• Engineers who’ve built systems using AI as a core accelerator.
• Strong architecture decision-making & scalability thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first engineering workflows
• Drive architecture & system design decisions
• Identify and fix AI-generated code risks
• Work closely with CTOs / Architects on high-impact systems.
