Responsibilities

• Build Autonomous Agents: Create and scale AI systems that automate complex, data-intensive workflows—from quoting to tracking—allowing customers to fully delegate their logistics processes.
• Automate AI Evaluation Loops: Take charge of the tools used to monitor, evaluate, and retrain AI models in production, ensuring that performance continually enhances as new edge cases emerge.
• Own the Product: Rather than only working on assigned tasks, you will identify problems, directly engage with customers, design solutions, write code, and ensure timely delivery.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Develop deep integrations with enterprise systems (like SAP, Oracle, ERPs, TMSs), communication platforms (such as Slack and Teams), and implement browser automation to ensure Wilson fits smoothly into existing workflows.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong history of building and scaling production systems.
• A dynamic startup background—thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments where rapid development and ownership are crucial.
• Experience with agentic applications—designing or constructing AI systems that autonomously act, adapt to contexts, and improve through feedback mechanisms.
