The Role

• In this collaborative consulting environment, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business impact. You will have a seat at the table for technical decisions rather than just implementing them.
• Consultative Architecture: Design and implement scalable software architectures while engaging in technical workshops and solution presentations.
• Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to contribute to solution design, estimation, and overall project delivery.
• Tech Adaptability: While experience in Java, React, Angular, or .NET is relevant, we value the ability to move across technologies as projects evolve.
• Full-Stack Leadership: Lead development across modern stacks, focusing on both monoliths and microservices.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5-7+ years of professional experience in software development or architecture.
• Communication: Fluent in German and English (mandatory) with a passion for working closely with clients.
• Modern Mindset: Strong experience with microservices, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strategic Thinking: A proactive mindset that enjoys participating in pre-sales and technical proposals.
