As a Senior Software Engineer at Acture, you drive technical excellence while staying deeply hands‑on. You build high‑impact features across the stack, shape architecture with confidence, and elevate the platform's performance and scalability. You collaborate closely with the team to refine the user experience, ensure high‑quality releases, and keep our codebase clean and future‑proof.

What you'll do

• Co-develop new features for the Acture platform in the team, both for the backend and the frontend
• Discuss new features and actively shape the user experience
• Take architectural decisions with the team and improve the platforms stability, performance, and scaling
• Test and QA features before deployment
• Fix bugs and maintain an efficient and sustainable codebase

Your experience

• At least 4 years as a full-stack software engineer with in-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails
• Bachelor-level working and thinking ability
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL), REST APIs, CSS and HTML
• Good understanding of MVC frameworks and TDD
• Knowledge of architectural patterns and system design
• Commitment to clean code and thorough testing
• Good communication skills and fluent in English (C1 or higher)
