Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications
• Participate in system architecture and technical design decisions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Drive adoption of modern technologies and development practices

System Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure application security and data protection standards

Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
