Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Workday integrations.
• 1+ year of expertise with Workday HR modules.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with TypeScript.
• 3+ years working with AWS cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with:

• Workday Extend
• Workday Prism Analytics
• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Database experience with SQL and NoSQL systems.

Machine learning exposure, including:

• Python
• MCP
• Bedrock
