About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Edge Platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, scalable systems that power our edge computing infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and contribute to the evolution of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems for our edge platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Rust, C++, or Java.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with edge computing or IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
