About the Team

The Analytics Data Plane team is driving several high‑impact initiatives, including migrating to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), redesigning the ETL framework, expanding into new regions, and improving observability on OCI. We are also delivering new capabilities to support regulatory and federal compliance (e.g., eCQMs) and modernizing our ETL architecture with OCI Data Flow. In parallel, the team is advancing cross‑cloud functionality and building a scalable, modern cloud‑based data platform.

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in elevating engineering standards and improving development processes. You will lead the specification, design, and delivery of innovative software solutions that meet rigorous quality and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, distributed, and resilient systems
• Develop cloud services using advanced OCI infrastructure
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation through testing and release
• Champion engineering best practices to ensure high‑quality software from day one
• Optimize data processing pipelines to increase throughput and reduce latency
• Use internal OCI tools to support development, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
