Job Description
- Design and implement CES solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and webhooks using Python.
- Create and optimize Generative Playbooks for virtual agents, applying prompt engineering and LLM integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Integrate CES components with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys), and enterprise systems.
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
- Stay current with Gen AI trends and contribute to model selection and experimentation.
