Job Description

  • Design and implement CES solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights.
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and webhooks using Python.
  • Create and optimize Generative Playbooks for virtual agents, applying prompt engineering and LLM integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
  • Integrate CES components with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys), and enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Stay current with Gen AI trends and contribute to model selection and experimentation.
