Senior Software Engineer - Editeur Saas dans l'Edtech H/F

About

You will join the Tech team, currently composed of 6 people: a CTO, a Head of Product, and 4 FullStack developers. Reporting to the CTO, your objective is to strengthen this team with a senior profile, capable of taking charge of, understanding, structuring, and evolving existing systems by integrating AI into their developments. You will act as a true technical pillar.

Your main technical challenges:

• Reliability of critical business workflows: Guarantee "zero defects" on automated processes that support growth.
• Complex service integration: Ensure fluid and resilient communication within a distributed environment (multiple APIs).
• Refactoring & Architecture Evolution: Restructure and modernize a mature architecture to support scaling.
• Data Management: Master and optimize the management of large volumes of varied data (SQL, video streams, user data).
• AI Industrialization: Integrate generative AI tools directly into workflows (code, operations, internal tools) with the highest standards for quality, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
