Our client is a professional, innovative industrial company in Bern. Their products are used worldwide. Complex systems are developed in the Innovation Center in Bern.

Job Description

In this key role, you will transform our existing architecture into a modern, distributed system. You will work between Embedded Linux and Real-Time nodes. Your tasks include:

• Development for the next generation of devices (seamless communication between Yocto/i.MX6/AM62P and Zephyr/STM32)
• Implementation of security concepts (CRA compliance) from the cloud link to the update mechanism
• Definition of the strategy for machine-internal communication
• Coordination between development and deployment
• Close collaboration with the System Architecture department

Requirements

• Completed education (preferably with a university degree)
• Deep knowledge in Embedded Linux and C/C++
• Sound knowledge in C/C++ as well as scripting (Bash/Python) for automation
• Very good German and English skills
• Enjoyment of an innovative environment
